Rabbit-Racer is a white rabbit with superspeed as a result of being exposed to radiation. He uses his speed to pull off a number of robberies and seemingly evades capture at every turn.

Rabbit-Racer becomes incarcerated in the new maximum security jail in St. Canard. Along with all other inmates, he is freed from his cell by Negaduck to hunt down a locked-in Darkwing. His one attempt at capturing the vigilante is halted a millisecond in on account of Gosalyn tying his shoelaces together. The humiliating event is monitored by Tuskerninni and Chronoduck, who report on it to Negaduck. "Orange Is the New Purple, Part 2"
