Rob Paulsen is an American voice actor. He has done recordings for a lot of characters, and was a regular for (incidental) male characters in Johnny Bravo. Among others he has voiced Spike in The Land Before Time film and television series, Gusto Gummi in Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Hadji in The New Adventures of Jonny Quest, Raphael in th 1980s version of and Donatello in the 2010s version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Fowlmouth and Concord Condor in Tiny Toon Adventures, Reuben in Lilo & Stitch, Yakko Warner and Pinky in Animaniacs, and Mr. Normanmeyer in The Addams Family cartoon series.

- Steelbeak was created around a voice that Rob Paulsen was doing while kidding around and that Tad Stones heard.[1]
- As voice actor of Fowlmouth, a young rooster, Paulsen used the same accent as he did for Steelbeak. The connection is unintentional,[1] but has been a point of interest to the audience since. This is played with in "F.O.W.L. Disposition, Part 3", in which a dazed Steelbeak utters the line "Ma? That you? I will watch my language... Buster told me to." This refers to the Tiny Toon Adventures 1990 episode "Test Stressed", segment "To Bleep or Not to Bleep", in which Buster helps Fowlmouth stop swearing.
