Hal Rayle is an American voice actor. He's done many voice roles, ranging from sounds like he did for the Predator in Predator 2 and all the Ghoulies in Goulies II, to voices for, among others Eric Bennett in Bionic Six, Shrapnel and several other Transformers in the 1980s Transformers, Doyle Cleverlobe in Galaxy High School, and Steele in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron.
